I own around 20 different amplifiers, that I’ve collected over the years. If you don’t take to account my first tube radio, my first amplifier was a Vox AC 30 that I got in ‘74. My collection consists of all the classics including for instance, Marshalls, Fenders and Ampeq – with the latest addition being a Hehku Wind 5. It had a lot to prove, but has been holding its ground extraordinarily well. Due to its low wattage, it’s been mostly in studio. For example, switch that halves the power has proven to be very useful – especially when recording. The design and technical abilities of Hehku are of the highest quality in my opinion. I consider these amplifiers to be a token of high-end Finnish craftmanship.
